Review: Steel Princess - Rina Kent
Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox. We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. Sweet Valley Twins and The Baby-Sitters Club are the books I first remember reading and loving. Great list!

I, for whatever reason, did not, and I waited roughly 15 long years until I ran across a sufficiently cheap copy (e.g. under $2) to buy...at which point I was devastated to find it was the rare book that did not enthrall me as much as an adult as it once had.
ReplyDeleteStill, those are some solid childhood memories and I am glad Young Me had the time of her life with library copies when she did. Fun to see it on your list!
