Review: Kill, Sleep, Repeat Volume #2 - Britney King

Review: Kill, Sleep, Repeat - Volume #2 - Britney King - January 2025

Charlotte and her family are back, but this time we see she is a single mother to Sophie and Hayley.  This book is set five years after the first Volume. Charlotte's husband Michael is dead or is he? Charlotte is in New York where she has been training her daughter Sophie to become part of the agency. She is being trained to follow in her mother's footsteps. The thing though is that Sophie is still very green to all of this and it's going to take her a bit to get used to as she is soon thrust into the underbelly of VIPs in clubs, her first few solo kills and assassin training. Hayley is at boarding school in London but turns out she is just as bad as her parents and causes a few mishaps and even one death herself.  Is Hayley more suited to the agency than Sophie? What happens when Sophie meets Malik and just wants to be a normal college student? Hayley wants her ex-boyfriend in Texas to pay for his abuse, but how can she do this when she is countries apart? Charlotte and her daughters get a surprise near the end which will set a domino chain of events and cause them to up and leave everything they know and create new identities. If you love assassin novels, thrillers, and kick-arse females - then you will enjoy Britney King's sequel in her Kill, Sleep, Repeat series.
