Review: Terms and Conditions - Book #2 Dreamland Billionaires - Lauren Asher - February 2022

To clear my TBR bookshelves of my physical books, I grabbed Book #2 in Lauren Asher's Dreamland Billionaires series. I remember reading the first one and loving it. Book #2 was just as good as the characters were amazing and just had this genuine feel about them. As you will remember in Book #1 Brady Kane has died and, in his will, he left some clauses for his grandsons to gain their inheritance. In Book #2 we have Declan who if he can get married, will make CEO. The thing though is he isn't one to date and commit, when his first choice as a fake bride falls through - who better to step up than his assistant Iris who is also his brother Cal's best friend. Can this couple who have a love/hate relationship end up showing the world that their marriage is anything but fake, especially when the rest of the world has read articles galore about their so-called marriage? Now Iris and Declan must do some damage control and meanwhile, on the work front, the pair are getting closer to securing Dreamland Tokyo - a project that has been two years in the making. What will happen though when the lines of fake marriage get blurred and both Declan and Iris start to fall for each other but of course are too stubborn to admit it to one another? Can the pair find themselves back to each other and admit their true feelings for a HEA? I also did like the added part of Lauren connecting this series to her Dirty Air books and reading a bit of a crossover as she had done for her Lakefront Billionaires series and this particular book as that one had also mentioned both Declan and Iris. I am now looking forward to reading Book #3 The Final Offer which is Cal's story.
