Catching Jordan is the first book in the Hundred Oaks series and focuses on Football captain Jordan who happens to be a girl. Her father is a famous Football player and football runs through her blood. The thing though is that she doesn't have the support of her father as he thinks that football shouldn't be a sport that girls play. With college looming near, scouts are watching the players , but though Jordan is better than any of the boys on the team she is about to learn that being a female playing Football is a hard step in life and that not all colleges will take her seriously. The other thing that Jordan has discovered is new football player Ty Green who not only plays the same position as her and is the only player who could give her a run for her money and may be even a tad better than her but she is starting to have feelings for him and can Jordan afford so near college to develop feelings for Ty ?
