Review: Thank You, Next Chapter - Cassie Graham - 2020You know how some books you pick up and you don't know what to expect, I find those often the best type of reads as you don't have those high expectations which often I find can lead to disappointment especially in books as often they don't quite live up to the greatness we have built in our minds.  In Thank You, Next Chapter we meet Arizona aka Zona and Sebastian aka Seb. Zona is busy writing romances under a pen name and looking for a muse as she has had a rocky few years after one bad move led to her being blacklisted in the music community. Seb has hit a wall with his writing of songs ever since his long-term girlfriend whom he was going to propose too dumped him. When Zona is invited to a friend's concert where he is headlining for Seb, Zona goes along. During the concert though she is caught by Seb reading a book while mouthing the words to his song. Seb is captivated by Zona and wants to meet her. Later he discovers she is best friend's with his tour buddy Hunter. Over the next course of the novel, Seb offers Zona - a writing gig to write his biography for him. She readily accepts and goes on tour with Seb etc. During the book, we will read as the pair gets closer and soon become each other's muses and inspirations and will help each other grow in their ways. I loved this book as the connection between Zona and Seb was written so beautifully and you couldn't help but connect with both characters on a deeper level and somewhat intellectual as I am a wordsmith and writer myself. There was just something amazing and genuine between the two main characters that you can't help but love their personalities and you want to cheer for the both of them to finally find happiness and grow into something bigger in themselves and each other.  Thank You, Next Chapter by Cassie Graham is one of those books that I recommend every wordsmith/artist at heart to add to their to-read lists.
