Review: The Edens: A Legacy Story - Book #4.5 The Edens - Devney Perry - April 2023

A family saga that I have enjoyed and read all of the books was The Edens Family set in Quincy, Montana. Each of their books was amazing and now if you have ever wondered how the parents Harrison and Anne got together, here's your chance as turns out that Harrison and Anne used to be high school sweethearts, and then on their last day of High School, they broke up and went their separate ways - now a few years later Anne is back in Quincy, Montana with her friends and they have invited Harrison along. Is this a chance for Harrison and Anne to clear the air and have their second chance at romance? I also loved the last sentence on the last page if you have read The Edens series, you will smile to yourself as it sets the scene for the following books. A bonus too is that this book is a short novella so it makes it a quick and easy read ready to hit that romance itch.

  Review: Punk 57 - Penelope Douglas - October 2016 As soon as I read Bully by Penelope Douglas, I was in love with this author. So when she released a new one who had my favorite theme of penpals and that whole friend to lovers going on, I knew I had to read it. The book started out with a bit of background where we learned about how Misha and Ryen were placed together in a classroom project penpal program. The pair continues to write to each other right through the year, and then they take it to the next level and continue through the rest of their schooling. Fast forward to high school Misha is in a band and Ryen is out with her friends and they complete a scavenger hunt form. Ryen is not what Misha expected especially from her letters.
