Readers of my blog and reviews will know that Flora Ferrari is my go-to author when I need a read that I don't have to think about. I know what I am getting with them. I know they are cutesy instalove stories with an age difference of the characters. They are also more about the romance side of things rather than the hot sex, which does happen. In Book #84 Thalia is in love with her Dad's Boss Trevor and has been holding out for him to pop her cherry, she just hasn't had an opportunity to be alone with him.  On the night of Thanksgiving, her Dad lets her know that his boss Trevor will be joining them. Trevor has had a hard-on for Thalia since he saw her at the family business barbeque and has been waiting for the right opportunity to strike. This Thanksgiving, the pair end up having sex as we expect and they both enjoy it. Of course, the down point in the story is when Thalia's dad finds out and sends Trevor away. Thalia runs away to Trevor's hotel as she knows he's her "one". Can Thalia's dad accept her decision or will she be put in the position to choose her dad or the man she loves and wants to spend the rest of her life with? Find out in Book #84 - Thanksgiving with Dad's Boss, which also comes with two epilogues – at 3 years and 7 years post their first meeting.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
