Review: Brat - Book #2 Winchester Academy Series - Madison Faye - September 2019

In Book #2 of the Winchester Academy series, we meet Anastasia's roommate Kempton. She reminded me of Emma Stone's character in the movie Easy A as Kempton is the head cheerleader and everyone thinks that she is getting laid by rich wealthy older men etc, the truth though is she is, in fact, a virgin. It's now her senior year and she has turned eighteen and is ready to lose her v-card and her sights are set on the school Quarterback Beckett. Beckett wants her but neither is just going to give it up and so they set themselves a bet to see who cracks first.  While they are off in their own corners, Beckett's older brother Porter comes home to crash. He is the new Maths and Statistics Professor at Winchester Academy. What happens next is Kempton will find herself stumbling into the dark bedroom and start riding Porter whom she thinks is Beckett. Eventually both boys want her and she is more than willing to be with them both as well. Soon becomes a habit of sneaking out to meet them and have hot threesome sex. What happens though when the three of them are blackmailed with sex tapes? Will this be the end of their threesome and their ruin as Kempton's father is a Senator and Porter being a Professor? I also enjoyed that we did get to see the development of Anastasia and Oliver's forbidden romance as well now that he has left Winchester Academy.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
