Review: Take For Granted - Modern Love Stories - Daisy Prescott

First Day of Winter 2022 - When Does Winter Start This Year?

Review: Take For Granted - Modern Love Stories Book #3.5 - Daisy Prescott - February 2015

Scrolling through my Kindle, I was in the mood for a quick read after the book that I tried before this one ended up being a DNF. I have always enjoyed Daisy Prescott's books and they are easy to read. The other thing I love about her books is that they crossover characters from other books. In Take for Granted, we meet married couple Jo and Ben Grant who were originally featured in her book Geoducks is for Lovers. Every year Jo has ended up sick during their annual winter holidays and this year as it is just her and Ben, she is determined to have a great time. So before her trip, she stocks up on Vitamin C, etc. The pair arrive in Aspen for their fun holiday. During this time, Jo feels like her relationship with Ben has been in a bit of a rut and their marriage isn't what it used to be. Jo takes a trip to the sex shop to find some things to spice up her marriage, will this help their relationship or will they realize that if they love one another they don't need toys to make their marriage work? If you are in the mood for a sweet older people romance, then check out Take For Granted by Daisy Prescott.
