VBT# Doctoroo & the Case of the Red-Hot Hawaiians by Dr. Rachel Wellner - March 2022

It's another adventure for Dr. Doctoroo aka Dr. Marsha Roo and her companions as they are called to Hawaii to consult on a case. There is a big Hula festival dance coming up and the dancers are all showing signs of being red, itchy, and sore and are worried that they might not be able to dance away during the festival. As Dr Doctoroo and her team arrive, they soon discover that the dancers all have a case of sunburn. This book is perfect for children aged 6-10 years old and is a great resource to treat children all about the dangers of sunburn and how to treat sunburn. This book is relevant as our earth continues to go through climate changes and global warming and being a book filled with animals, it makes it a cute fun read as who doesn't like books with animal characters.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
