Are you ready for more Maximum ride action ?
Review: Angel - Maximum Ride Spin-Off Series Book #3 - James Patterson - March 2011
At the end of Book #2 Spin-off Fang , we saw the team split up over several things. We saw Angel decide to revolt against Max , we saw the introduction to a new character Dylan - who is supposed to be Max's perfect half and we saw the leaving of Fang . In Angel , we see that the team has been staying with Max's mother and her sister Elle, whilst Max is mending her broken heart caused by Fang's immediate disappearance from the flock's lives. As the flock start to resume back to their normal-ish lives, Enter Jeb - him and the flock since the beginning of time have had a love/hate relationship. He wants to introduce the team to the new Generation 77 Kids . On their way they become intercepted by an activist group called "The Doomsday Group" which are set out to kill Humans and it seems to be brainwashing their members. Elle and Iggy find themselves brainwashed , can Max and the team save them before Max's mother and Jeb make their hit list ?
When things start to get more complicated , Max and the team must join forces with Fang and his new group, can the two work together or has recent events pushed them further apart ?
Of course, though as this book is about Angel, we see in the last few chapters whether or not Angel will survive the mission or be the next flock memnber to perish ?
Angel makes up the second to last novel ever in the Maximum Ride series.
