Review: Bats at the Ballgame - Brian Lies - September 2010
From the creator of the picture book "Bats at the Library" comes a sporting version of "Bats at the Ballgame" . It talks about a group of Bats that come out at night , to play baseball and have lots of fun eating crickets and mothdogs. With 5-7 sentences on each page, this is the perfect book to read or share to children aged 2-5 years old. Each page also includes the usage of rhyming words to teach your child e.g night and might etc. It also contains fabulous illustrations and standing at only 32 pages can be read in one short sitting .
I've been on the lookout for books for my little cousins and this sounds perfect! You know, its funny that all these YA blogs exist but none of Children's lit.... like children children, not teens- well at least I haven't seen many! any who, thanks for sharing!
