Set in the heart of Afghanistan admist the times and tribulations of War , is a small coffee shop in a town called Kabul. Run by Sunny, whose partner Tommy took her from her American life as he serves in the war. Sunny has a heart and a knack for bringing in people far and wide as we watch the Little Coffee Shop of Kabul become the home of 4 other ladies who each are running from and have secrets of their own. From Journalist Isabel, who finds that the war could be her biggest scoop yet to Candace an American who has left her husband to pursue her affair with Afghan Wakil to Yasmina , after her husband was murdered she found herself and her newborn baby homeless and lastly the Mother Hen Halajan who has a love affair that if discovered could end aprubtly. Read as these five women soon discover that friendship during this time is important and we read as they have their up's and downs , secrets, scandals revealed. The Little Coffee Shop at Kabul teaches us that sometimes when it comes down to the end, all we have is a strong friendship bond and each other -nothing else matters.
