Previously printed and published as Getting the Bad Boy, Jenika Snow completely rewrote the story to be set in the world of the Black Mountain Academy with whole new characters and a brand new setting. So those who have read her previous book, there will be similarities but also a bunch of differences. In She's Mine, we have our story of falling for the bad boy - the one from the "wrong side of the tracks" or in the case of Black Mountain Academy which is a school for the rich and wealthy, it's a case of falling for the "scholarship kid". Keira has always been a quiet one and plodding along, keeping invisible as she has always felt like she has never fitted into the world of money as to her it is a world of materialism.  When she goes to a party with her best friend Molly, as it isn't Keira's usual scene she escapes to get fresh air and is assaulted by one of the locals Josh. Bad Boy Reese hears her screams and ends up knocking out Josh and saving Keira. Sparks fly between this pair and we watch as Keira brings out the best in Reese and he brings out her extrovert side. What happens though when someone wants to sabotage their happiness as if she can't have Reese then no-one can, especially not some plain jane Keira? Will Keira believe the evidence without an explanation and have her heartbroken or will Reese come up with a way to prove to Keira that he loves her and doesn't want anyone else?
