Caffey Matthews , dyed her hair and changed her name from Kathleen and has been on the run , after her husband was done for a crime , it seems that he had an off-shore account filled to the brim with cash and apparently or so everyone thinks that his wife Kathleen knows exactly where the money is hidden , however that is far from the truth. Desperate to rid herself of her past, she escapes to a small town and becomes a Sunday School Teacher and soon she is a different person and finding herself again. When her best friend Nikki and Zac get married , it brings tears to her eyes as she longed for that moment of passion that she shared with Everett -her husband before Greed got the better of him. Enter Rhee Ryland, he has been given the task and job of tracking down Caffey and finding where the money is , but what he didn't count on was falling for her - when Caffey starts to lower her guard , is she safe or will danger strike her when she is most vulnerable ? Caffey gets a blast from her past as someone she thought was long dead is back and whats her dead - will Caffey survive this predicament or is Rhee not giving up without a fight ? What will happen when Rhee realises that he's in love with Caffey , will it be too late or can he still protect her and switch sides ?
