Review: Rumored - Lauren Barnholdt and Aaron Gorvine

Review: Rumored - Book #3 Witches of Santa Anna - Lauren Barnholdt and Aaron Gorvine - February 2011
Rumored was a little more
exciting than Tricked as in Book #3 the girls invite Natalia to a spa day.
Natalia is reluctant as Spa's aren't her thing but she goes along anyway as she
believes they are finally accepting her and part of her is curious to find out
more about the girls as she has a suspicion that things aren't as they seem. In
this book during the spa, the lights go out and Natalia sees black butterflies
again and when the lights come back on Becca has a scratch on her face and is
claiming Natalia did it. Of course, she didn't do she? We learn a bit more about
the witchy side of Raine and what is capable of and how the energy she gets
from others is what fuels her. This book ends on the cliffhanger of Cam spying
on them while she shows off her power to her friends in her backyard. What will
Cam do with this revelation and how will Natalia handle the rumors this time
around?
Like the previous books, Rumoured was a quick read novella that ended on a cliffhanger.
