Review: Claimed - Book #1 The Witches of Santa Anna Series - Lauren Barnholdt/Aaron Gorvine - January 2011

Natalia Moore just wants to start her new school in peace , especially after the rough year she had when her ex-boyfriend Derek spread a bunch of nasty rumours about her and made her life miserable at her old school. It isn't going to be easy as Natalia is good looking and catches the attention of Campbell Elliot aka Cam. The thing though is someone else has her eyes set on Cam and that's Raine Marsden and she isn't about to let some nobody stand in her way , even if it means leaving threatning notes in her locker telling her to stay away from her man. This book ends on a cliffhanger as Brody whom is Cam's friend takes Natalia to a small party gathering at Raine's , despite him telling Cam to stay away from her and not to bring her around Raine. The cliffhanger is where we get the first introduction to butterflies which will be a theme through the rest of the series.
Claimed - Book #1 was a quick novella read and keeps you wanting more.
